You will collaborate closely with the Digital Experience and Industrial Design teams, Product Managers, Strategic Marketing, and R&D to design solutions that are simple, intuitive, and meaningful.

  • Apply User-Centered Design (UCD) and Design Thinking methods across the entire design process, from wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to advanced, interactive prototypes.
  • Utilize these tools to map out customer journeys that simulate the physical-to-digital bridge and align seamlessly with the broader experience design strategy.
  • Engage in ongoing user research and design validation to ensure a data-informed, hypothesis-driven approach.
  • Actively contribute to design guidelines, metrics, and success criteria at the group level.
  • Collaborate with Design, Product Managers, and R&D to ensure seamless integration across the Sonova ecosystem.
  • Actively promote design quality, best practices, and a culture of craft within the team.

  • Expertise in UX research and hypothesis-driven, user-centered methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in Figma, and modern AI-powered prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders at all levels, and mentor junior team members.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and highly effective in fast-paced, complex environments with a passion for continuous innovation and quality.
