Tasks
- Serve as the central technical contact for all (traction) battery related topics across internal and external interfaces within the international Stadler Group
- Contribute to development and optimization projects as well as the enhancement of traction battery monitoring with a focus on LCC
- Ensure the exchange of information within Stadler Service regarding battery optimization measures and innovations, and ensure the return of knowledge to the production plants, engineering, and, if necessary, suppliers
- Provide technical support to maintenance locations, Sales, and Category Management on battery related inquiries
- Manage commercial and technical aspects of battery related projects
- Take responsibility for the battery passport and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering or year-long experience in the field of energy storage
- Experience in commissioning, maintenance, or engineering, ideally in rail vehicle environments or with battery systems
- Project management experience beneficial; RAMS/LCC knowledge is an asset
- Strong communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, and willingness to travel up to 20%
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP advantageous
- Very good German and English skills
