Tasks
- You are the face of Sunrise and inspire customers with your positive attitude, targeted advice and the sale of diverse Sunrise products.
- You build long-term customer relationships and ensure a first-class atmosphere in the shop.
- You support customers with repair and service issues and act professionally and solution oriented.
- You keep track of stock and inventory and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
- You live and represent Sunrise values – innovation, customer focus and top service.
Requirements
- You have completed training in retail, ideally with experience in the telecommunications or multimedia industry – or you are a motivated career changer with a flair for sales.
- You are enthusiastic about technology, telecommunications and digital trends.
- Your passion for sales is evident and your professional demeanor makes you a true sales professional.
- You enjoy working with people and have the ability to quickly identify their needs.
- Thanks to your patience and technical understanding, you become an everyday hero for our customers.
- You have very good German skills; any additional languages are a plus.
- You are highly flexible, reliable and open to a fast-paced industry.
