Tasks

  • Analyse financial performance, business drivers, and market developments.
  • Contribute to materials and insights used by senior management, the Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors.
  • Play an active role in quarterly and annual results, Investor Day, and other key investor events.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Finance, Strategy, Treasury, and Business Units to gain a deep understanding of how a global financial services company is managed, valued, and communicated to investors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree with up to three years of professional experience.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Nice to have: Professional experience in consulting, finance, and/or (re)insurance.
