You help create and improve Salesforce solutions for Swisscom’s Network Construction. You work with a strong CRM system, design and build new tools, and make sure everything works well. You work closely with business and integration teams in an agile way and stay hands-on in your work.
Your tasks
- Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions from start to finish
- Create solution architecture for new uses in the CRM system
- Help plan and shape the Salesforce roadmap at Swisscom
- Set up security and data protection for the CRM area
- Work with business partners and other systems, help with integrations and planning effort
What you bring
- Strong skills in Apex development, including triggers and asynchronous work
- Experience with Lightning Web Components, including how they are built and react
- Good knowledge of programming patterns, layered design, and REST API connections
- Experience with platform admin tasks like profiles, roles, permissions, rules, flows, and sharing
- Strong analytical skills and debugging ability
- Solution-focused, good communicator, and strong team player
- Ready to take on coordination and ownership
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
