Business Manager, IB Unified Global Markets Distribution COO

We’re looking for a self-driven, analytical, forward-thinking individual who can work independently to join our Zurich UGM COO distribution team to support the UGM EMEA Distribution.

• Drive day-to-day COO BAU activities, including business analytics, MI reporting, problem solving, and management support.
• Support preparation of highly qualitative outputs such as presentations and various MI documentation for Senior Management.
• Maintain a robust operating platform front-to-back, including ownership of key controls and front-to-back product flows mapping and review.
• Support implementations of the sales and client strategies with product business area and sales team.
• Support EMEA Business Head in implementing business strategy and daily operations of the business.
• Serve as liaison between lines of business and various support partners, helping to drive accountability across all internal functions.
• Work on enhancements in COO and sales processes through automation and AI.
• Work with Technology to support implementation of front-to-back systems and improvements and MI, including One UBS Revenue reporting and CID management across divisions.
