Tasks
- Drive the development of the GWM strategy on a global, country, channel and product level, together with the respective businesses
- Support the decision making of internal business partners on senior management level
- Conduct industry, competitor and benchmarking analyses
- Design operating models and processes for specific markets and business segments
- Coordinate and challenge business plans including financial modelling
- Develop implementation roadmaps of strategic initiatives
- Drive M&A projects from a strategic perspective (rationale, financial opportunity, due diligence, etc.)
- Be open to do cross-divisional strategy projects/rotations as opportunities arise
