Tasks

  • Work closely with a client advisor and together be responsible for a demanding client portfolio.
  • Support client advisors in their daily business, including administrative and service-oriented tasks.
  • Have telephone and personal contact with clients and handle specific client orders and inquiries, such as preparing account opening documents, processing fiduciary and fixed-term deposits, foreign exchange transactions, payment orders, and account closures.
  • Take responsibility for coordinating maturities and pending tasks.
  • Make changes to client master data and independently carry out various clarification and control tasks as necessary.
  • Act as central point of contact between the client, back office, and various specialist departments.
  • Get to know and apply the broad product range of Global Wealth Management.
