Client360 Product Manager

• Design AI-first products that deliver proactive insights, automation, and decision support directly into sales workflows and treat data as a product, ensuring client data is well structured, high quality and ready to power analytics and AI use cases.
• Own end-to-end product delivery, from discovery and roadmap definition through to launch, adoption, and measurable impact, and define success using data, tracking adoption, efficiency, workflow automation, data quality, and business outcomes.
• Partner closely with engineers, quants, and data teams to shape solutions across data platforms, analytics layers, AI services, and front-end experiences.
• Embed controls by design, working with governance and risk partners to build secure, compliant, and trusted systems and remove friction from workflows, reducing manual steps and duplicated effort across the Client360 ecosystem.
• Balance short term wins with long term modernization, helping evolve the broader Client360 and Distribution strategy.
• Think about CRM not just as a tool, but as a product powered by clean data, strong models, intelligent automation, and AI-ready foundations—surfacing insights directly into day-to-day workflows.
