Product Structuring Specialist

• Help innovate and evolve the direct Alternative products offering, with a focus on direct real estate, across global markets.
• Drive and participate in the generation of new product ideas.
• Participate in and manage the product development aspect of an evolving direct Real Estate/Private Markets offering.
• Efficiently manage product lifecycle to ensure a competitive product shelf.
• Lead product development activities including design, product governance, and implementation through launch.
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and prepare strategic product and structuring recommendations.
• Take an active role in the product roadmap and pipeline of future initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Client Coverage Distribution and Investment teams to help formulate the right solution for clients across different markets.
• Work with legal, tax, compliance, risk, and operations teams to assess suitable and efficient product solutions.
• Oversee the market and product performance to identify opportunities and challenges, ensuring a robust and coherent product shelf.
• Work with fund boards to implement strong and robust fund governance procedures.
