Tasks

  • Take responsibility for the documentation and execution of a wide range of debt capital market transactions for domestic and international clients
  • Provide market-technical, regulatory expertise and advisory services to internal stakeholders and external clients (issuers)
  • Collaborate closely with issuers, internal and external legal advisors, regulatory authorities, clearing and settlement organizations, and origination teams
  • Coordinate all involved parties and manage tasks that arise throughout the lifecycle of a debt transaction
