- Lead the architecture, engineering and continuous optimization of the diverse HSM landscape, ensuring full adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Automate the HSM environment and optimize configurations and related processes to meet demanding SLAs.
- Monitor current trends and technologies in the HSM space and evaluate their potential and applicability for the organization.
- Drive the further development of the HSM environment and design solutions in close collaboration with application projects.
- Analyze issues, resolve incidents and optimize performance in close cooperation with infrastructure and application teams.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for technical incidents and access to key material as part of a four-person HSM support team.
- Take on selected network-related tasks to support colleagues in the areas of firewall, load balancing and switching/routing, with the opportunity to further develop skills within a team of network specialists.
