Your tasks
- Organize and coordinate training courses in pharmaceutical medicine
- Manage the office of the university institute
- Plan and implement new and established training courses
- Oversee the reception desk during courses
- Communicate with speakers and course participants
- Provide and maintain scientific course material on the online platform
- Manage the institute database (Filemaker)
- Issue invoices and monitor payments
- Monitor and update website content with the webmaster
What you bring
- Education and experience in administration, marketing, or event management (preferably in health care or academia)
- Open personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, enthusiastic, and organized
- Talent for customer service
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to meet deadlines
- Excellent English skills
- Good working knowledge of German
