Your tasks
- Study how individuals and society evaluate new technologies and handle risks
- Analyze public and media discussions as part of democratic decision-making
- Identify how different groups think about risks and benefits
- Test which ways of communicating information are most effective for various audiences
- Use methods from cognitive science and computational social science, including natural language processing and network science
- Conduct large surveys and behavioral experiments
What you bring
- MSc in Psychology or a related field
- Experience with, or strong interest in learning, computational methods and programming for data analysis
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
- Interest in public opinion, risk perception, and science communication
