Join a leading global health institute and get hands-on experience in internal and external communications. Your tasks

  • Create content for our website, social media, intranet, and print materials in English and German. This includes writing and editing social media posts, news articles, event announcements, and internal communications.
  • Support engagement with external partners, donors, academic institutions, and visiting delegations by coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
  • Design visual materials like infographics, short videos, and social media graphics using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Help organize and communicate about events, including assisting with logistics and making digital content.
  • Take part in everyday communications tasks as a member of a collaborative team.

What you bring

  • You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in communications, journalism, public/global health, media, or a related field.
  • You have a strong interest in communications, public relations, or event management.
  • You are fluent in both English and German.
  • You know how to use social media and are interested in visual and multimedia content.
  • You are organized and can manage different tasks in a busy environment.
  • You bring creativity and care about details, whether you are making ideas, designing visuals, or finding the right tone for different audiences.
  • You enjoy working with others and bring initiative and curiosity to your work.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, or CMS tools is a plus.
