Your tasks

  • Write and amend animal licenses in close collaboration with lab members.
  • Coordinate and review documentation related to mouse experiments.
  • Communicate and interact with cantonal authorities.
  • Optionally perform mouse surgeries and lentiviral injections, depending on experience and interest.
  • Coordinate and oversee mouse breeding activities.

What you bring

  • LTK1 and LTK2 accreditation for animal experimentation in Switzerland (required for the Deputy study director role).
  • Experience with mouse experimentation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
