Your tasks
- Write and amend animal licenses in close collaboration with lab members.
- Coordinate and review documentation related to mouse experiments.
- Communicate and interact with cantonal authorities.
- Optionally perform mouse surgeries and lentiviral injections, depending on experience and interest.
- Coordinate and oversee mouse breeding activities.
What you bring
- LTK1 and LTK2 accreditation for animal experimentation in Switzerland (required for the Deputy study director role).
- Experience with mouse experimentation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
