Your tasks
- Help organize and carry out activities for the SSF Research Unit
- Collect field data in three catchments in Germany
- Analyze data and present or publish project results at academic events
- Work closely with the SSF Research Unit and the Hydrology and Climate group
- Support teaching and services in the Hydrology and Climate group
What you bring
- Diploma or MSc in hydrology, earth sciences, environmental sciences, or a related field
- Enjoy working outdoors, even in wet and cold weather
- Like working in a large research group with shared goals
- Good team player who values diversity and inclusion
- Enjoy solving scientific problems and analyzing data
- Strong data management and analysis skills
- Knowledge of R or Python is a plus
- Good time management and self-motivation
- Strong communication skills in English
- Speak German or willing to learn basic German
