Your tasks

  • You lead research in evolutionary anthropology and primatology, showing a strong record in research, securing third-party funding, and mentoring students.
  • You strengthen the scientific and societal role of the Department of Evolutionary Anthropology (IEA).
  • You teach core and elective courses in the biology curricula, covering topics like comparative evolutionary anthropology, primatology, and the evolution of gender relations.
  • You use rigorous and interdisciplinary teaching methods, especially in behavioral research, reproductive and evolutionary biology, and socioecology of power.
  • You contribute to teaching in other faculties, especially religious and gender studies, and help develop cross-faculty modules on gender, power, and evolution.
