Tasks

  • Successful leadership track record as head or deputy head of a clinical unit at a university hospital.
  • Strong track record as a research group leader with secured competitive third-party funds.
  • Experience in student teaching, supervision of academic theses, and promotion of early-career researchers.
  • Proven experience in fostering collaborative, interdisciplinary teamwork.
  • Ability to connect teams across different departments and establish a culture of mutual respect.
  • German language skills at level B2 of the common European framework of reference for languages should be available or must be acquired within a reasonable period of time.
