Your tasks
- Coordinate and process customer and internal claims
- Lead 8D teams
- Observe quality performance and drive continuous improvement
- Lead Q-innovation projects
- Promote a quality mindset in the production center by providing quality trainings
- Act as the interface for quality topics between Production, Business Units, Engineering, and Corporate Quality
- Plan and perform internal audits
What you bring
- Technical education with advanced training in quality management
- Degree in quality management or bachelor in engineering preferred
- Solid experience using key quality tools such as 3-legged 5 Why, SPC, Ishikawa, and more
- Experience with internal and external audits
- Fluency in English and German
