Your tasks
- Develop commercial strategies, pricing models, and strong value offers for the product with Sales, Account & Business Management teams
- Support sales teams with key opportunities and train them on platform positioning, what makes us different, and value-based messaging
- Act as a link between different departments and help with the development of new autoinjector variants
- Lead teams and take responsibility for assigned product variants after launch
- Manage and solve many challenges on your own, including technical, quality, logistics, and commercial topics
What you bring
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or product management, ideally in medical technology or pharmaceuticals
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar area
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to analyze customers, competitors, and market trends to find opportunities and create a good marketing mix
- Great communication and teamwork skills with a positive, proactive attitude
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is a plus
- Technical understanding and readiness to learn about complex technical topics, especially if your background is in business
- Fluent in English (C1) and German (C1)
